Our return & refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. If you have changed your mind, or are not happy with your purchase, you can return your candle to us within 30 days after your purchase.
We are happy to accept returns as long as its in the same condition as you received it and it is in its original packaging. We will also need a receipt or proof of purchase in order to process the refund..
Before you send the order back email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that the order is eligible for a refund. Once you get the confirmation email please return the item(s) to Fenix Candle Co, PO Box 77, Mt Martha, VIC 3934.
Once we have received your order and made sure everything is fine and dandy, we will process your refund using the same as your original payment method. Just remember to allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately we don't offer refunds and returns on gift cards, nor items which were purchased more than 30 days ago.
Damaged on delivery
If you open your delivery and find that the candle(s) has been damaged on it's way to you, please let us know straight away so that we can get a replacement out to you straight away. Or if you prefer we would in those cases offer you the option of a refund.
